Lee Botti & Associates is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Groups & Incentives Travel Designer to join its dynamic team. The role is available on a hybrid basis in Cape Town or Johannesburg, offering flexibility alongside a fast-paced working environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing group travel programs, with a strong focus on incentives and tailored experiences. This includes strategic planning, detailed costings, and ensuring each itinerary delivers value and memorable experiences for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordinating group and incentive travel programs
- Creating detailed and competitive travel quotations
- Managing logistics across Southern and East Africa
- Enhancing travel experiences through added value and creativity
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements and Experience
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- 6–10 years’ experience in a similar travel design or groups role
- Strong expertise in itinerary planning and travel logistics
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Onsite operational experience with incentive and specialist groups in Southern and East Africa
- Proficiency in Tourplan and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
